You can start with Pilates to build a solid foundation, combine Pilates with weights for an added strength challenge, or fully commit to our VB Formula (pilates, weights, & cardio). Our goal is to help you progress toward this formula, as we believe it delivers the best results for achieving a balanced, strong, and toned physique that you feel good in.
Here's what to expect from each style offered in your free trial:
Pilates-Inspired Mat Flows: In this section you will find some of our signature mat flows focused on slow controlled moves. These Pilates-Inspired low impact workouts combine classical pilates principles and exercises with contemporary mat and strength techniques. These routines emphasize seamless flow through smooth transitions, mastering precision, alignment, control, and stability. Most classes incorporate light equipment or bodyweight exercises to help you build strength and sculpt your body, leaving you feeling both energized and balanced.
Pilates Weights Fusion: Our Pilates Weights Fusion workouts blend core-focused Pilates and functional strength training into one seamless flow. These classes use medium to heavier weights (5lbs-10lbs +) on the mat to build muscle, strengthen, enhance mobility, and improve overall body function. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our Pilates x Weights combos offer a balanced workout that strengthens your body, improves your posture, and centers your mind.
Strength with Weights: These workouts are VB Method's unique take on weight training. Our special approach incorporates essential fitness principles with a targeted focus on functional core-based movements, strength development, and muscular balance. These routines incorporate heavier weights along with bands and other light equipment to ensure proper form and steady progress. Some classes will involve repeats but not all. Other workouts will not include repeats and are more focused on flow. This blend of variety and progression keeps workouts engaging while challenging your body in new and effective ways.
VB Formula (pilates, weights, cardio): The VB Formula is our powerful signature approach to athletic mat workouts, combining purposeful Pilates movements with weight training and cardio exercises. These high-intensity sessions help improve strength, power, and speed, activating both slow- and fast-twitch muscle fibers to enhance endurance, agility, and muscle tone. This dynamic blend also improves functionality, mobility, and quickness while boosting stamina and burning excess fat. These medium- to high-impact classes offer the option to advance with faster, explosive movements for an extra challenge. Get ready to sweat and leave feeling invigorated and energized.
Fitness Level: Keep in mind that in this free trial we are offering a taste of our routines and have done our best to give you a range of levels so you can choose what works best for you. We have over 500 workouts on our library, programs, and challenges so if you choose to become a member, you will certainly find workouts that fit your skill level and needs.
Equipment: You can do all the workouts without equipment but for best results and increased intensity you will need, 3-10lbs Dumbbells (heavier is optional), a resistance band, Pilates ball, and a set of ankle weights(optional). You can substitute dumbbells for bottles or gallons of water and sub a pilates ball for a throw pillow folded in half.
