What makes VB METHOD different?

How often do you post new workouts?

Two to four workouts are released each month. These include live classes which are recorded and posted on the app so you can take advantage of these even if you can’t make it live. We currently have 450 + workouts available on the app.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is yourself and a mat since all moves can be modified without equipment.

However, if you’re looking to intensify your workouts we do highly recommend equipment in order to properly activate and deepen muscle engagement.

Are programs included with the membership?

Yes. We offer structured programs and challenges and continue adding more to the platform.

Is it beginner friendly?

Yes! Most of our workouts are intense (in the best way!) but we offer cues so you can progress or regress depending on your needs. Is it safe to do VB METHOD while pregnant or post partum?

Since this looks different for everyone, please check with your healthcare provider to understand what you should or should not do. Currently we do not offer pregnancy or postpartum focused programs but do offer a prenatal friendly section that may work for you depending on your unique situation. Be sure to read our notes and disclaimer on this section labeled as "prenatal friendly workouts".

How soon can I expect to see results?

Results look different for everyone which is why we encourage you to focus on the smaller details and the journey towards a healthier stronger you. Most members will feel more energized, stronger, and balanced within a few weeks. If you're looking for specific aesthetic results, keep in mind that your habits and lifestyle will play a huge role in helping succeed. Again, while everyone is different, with the right diet, combination of workouts, and lifestyle, you can be sure to see results within weeks or a few months.

How often should I do VB METHOD workouts?

This highly depends on your goals and what else you're doing outside of VB METHOD. If you're really busy or doing VB METHOD as a complimentary routine to other workouts, then 3x a week for about 20-35 mins should suffice. If VB METHOD is your only movement practice and you're using it to get stronger and see specific results, then 3-5x a week for 30-45 mins is recommended.

Technical - FAQs

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Can I use VB Method on my mobile phone?

Yes. We have IOS and Android mobile apps. You can also access the workouts via our website using your mobile device.

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

Which browsers are supported?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

Billing - FAQs

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

Why is my credit card is being declined?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.
